MULTI-CALIBER CAPABILITY 

 

One of the most amazing features of The HYBRID is that it is completely modular while extremely user friendly. The barrels are easily removed and replaced - this is done with simple tools that are provided, and without the requirement to check head space with gauges.

 

The bolt heads are easily swapped out, again with basic tools provided. This gives you, the end user, the ability to use one rifle for all applications. You can choose to set the rifle up specifically for varmint shooting with a heavy steel barrel and then do a complete caliber change with a carbon wrapped barrel for hunting the hills all in a matter of a minute.

A UNIQUE SERIES TAKING YOU RIGHT INSIDE THE FACTORY WHERE EVERY COMPONENT IS MANUFACTURED IN-HOUSE.

ADVANCED PRIMARY EXTRACTION 

Unlike traditional rifles that rely on the last 5° of bolt lift, the Project X Hunter spreads the extraction load across the full 90°. This dramatically reduces stress on the brass and extractor, making cycling smoother and malfunctions far less likely.

HOW IT WORKS

Primary extraction is an extremely underdeveloped but crucial stage of cycling your firearm. Primary extraction is one of the major causes of rifle malfunctions yet the design has not changed significantly in a century.

 

In a conventional bolt action rifle, the primary extraction is conducted in approximately the last 5 degrees of bolt lift. This creates considerable shock loading on your extractor and brass to the point where the extractor can let go and drop the rifle cartridge.

The Custom Nation will have a variety of rifles arriving from December 2026 with our first shipment focused on some of the wildcat calibres including 25 Creedmoor, 22 Creedmoor and 6mm Dasher.

 

We have a standing order each month with our partner brands and as import procedures increase in efficiency we will continue to increase our distribution to all our stores.

Clients can book one of our products or they can take the chance to wait for stock to arrive. The choice is yours, we will not hold or reserve stock for anyone and all items are on a first come, first serve basis.

SAPS import process. It is not the legislated and court ordered 21 days.

 

The Custom Nation is part of a group that has a four year US Export Licence and a 4 year Canadian Export Licence. 

 

The Custom Nation can guarantee that we have done everything possible to ensure the entire process is the quickest any other company can claim to have it done:

 

  • We have a partnership that enables us to export ourselves with ZERO middle men or costs.
  • Our Barrelled Actions will ship as one completed unit which means ONE SERIAL NUMBER and one licence you need to apply for.
  • We have a central distribution point for all completed builds and components to be sent to and exported.
  • You are buying it directly through our retail partners which means ZERO additional costs, ZERO commission and ZERO retail mark-ups. 

  • You have the choice to use Take 6 which means you can pay off your dream rig whilst it is being built. This is a massive bonus.

Some of the brands are not as well known or are new to our market but their products will speak for themselves.

 

All Gunsmiths are recommended from the manufacturers themselves. This is the only testimony we need.
