PRECISION FEATURES BUILT FOR SHOOTERS

 

  • New and improved, smoother angles in the bolt cam over area on the action body.
  • New heavier one piece firing pin with more spring compression for more consistent ignition.
  • Firing pin on the bottom of the bolt face for more consistent ignition.
  • New huge extractor claws that will pull live rounds out of tight chambers.
  • New angles on the cocking ring lugs to improve smoothness of bolt closure and cam over.
  • New upgraded springs for less drag inside the bolt body leading to a smoother and lighter bolt close.

All of our blanks are double stress relieved, honed on a Sunnen 1600 barrel hone to within .0001″ from end to end AND hand lapped.

 

We use only the highest quality German 416R stainless and we try to cut with 5R rifling as much as possible as our standard. 

 

 

BARREL NUT STYLE V NORMAL SHOULDERED ACTION

 

International Barrels Inc has pioneered barrel nut style 22LR prefits for several action manufacturers including Ultimatum, Bergara, RimX and a few others.

 

Now why would you want a barrel nut prefit for your rimfire match gun you say?

 

Well the answer is adjustable headspace!

 

Since most people aren’t going to load 22LR ammo, this means that you are mostly “stuck” with the tolerances the ammo comes with. So instead of tuning your ammo to your rifle, like with centerfire, you can now tune your rifle to your ammo! Most folks will agree that headspacing in a 22LR is a thing. Generally speaking, if you can tighten it up a little, your groups can improve a lot.

 

The use of shims to change headspacing is fairly common but now its unnecessary.

 

Get a new lot of ammo that wasn’t quite the same as the last? Tighten her up a bit!

 

Trying a different type of ammo with a clearly different rim thickness than your last batch? Tighten her up a bit!

 

Now of course the DEUCE 2.0 can also be shouldered like a normal barrel as well. But to be honest…why would you want to?

The Custom Nation will have a variety of rifles arriving from December 2026 with our first shipment focused on some of the wildcat calibres including 25 Creedmoor, 22 Creedmoor and 6mm Dasher.

 

We have a standing order each month with our partner brands and as import procedures increase in efficiency we will continue to increase our distribution to all our stores.

Clients can book one of our products or they can take the chance to wait for stock to arrive. The choice is yours, we will not hold or reserve stock for anyone and all items are on a first come, first serve basis.

SAPS import process. It is not the legislated and court ordered 21 days.
